CONVENIENTLY AND PROFITABLY!
JLLC “Steklosfera” accepts and stocks a cullet for processing.
Requirements for accepted cullet
Allowed:
- Cullet is colorless, transparent and clean, without inclusions and coatings (paint, sealant), up to 20 mm thick.
- Colored energy-saving glass (coated with magnetron high-speed, ion-plasma, pyrolytic method).
- Cullet with humidity not more than 1%.
- Only cullet brands BS, PST, PSL. (energy-saving: hard, soft, sandblasting, chemical treatment, tempered, medical glass and glassware from under saline solutions, other types of glass that meet the requirements and those conditions).
Not allowed:
- Cullet containing grades ЗС and КС (green and brown) more than 0.2%.
- The content of harmful substances (lead, antimony, arsenic) in the glass.
- The content of triplex, glass-reinforced glass, metal objects, refractory glass, optical glass, mirrors, ceramics, porcelain, slag, coal, brick, stone, gravel, concrete, asphalt, sealant, sand, clay.
Cullet collection area
Cullet collection is carried out on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
Vehicles
It is possible to independently export cullet using a dump truck weighing up to 30 tons with a manipulator.
Containers
If necessary, we provide grab containers for cullet accumulation for free use.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DOCUMENTS
An agreement is concluded in written and electronic form, prescribed by law for transactions of this type.
SHIPMENT
The conditions and schedule of shipment are agreed individually.
TRANSPORTATION
Perhaps both by the supplier and the buyer. It is possible to independently export cullet with a dump truck up to 30 tons with a manipulator, it is also possible to deliver the Supplier’s transport to the Buyer's warehouse, as well as railway transport.
PAYMENTS
100% payment by bank transfer upon delivery within (up to) 15 banking days.
State registration
JLLC “Steklosfera” in accordance with the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated December 28, 2019 No. 935 “On the order for the supply (procurement, delivery) in 2020 of paper and cardboard waste and glass waste for republican needs” is the State customer and the Republican cullet processor of the leading processing of sheet glass and another 10 types of cullet, with registry number 0862 RUE “Bel SIC “Ecology”.
